I’m really happy you found your way here!

I work with busy people like you who are looking for ways to de-stress and replenish their batteries through yoga and mindfulness practices. My mission is to try and share all the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer, empowering you to peel away all the layers, getting back to the true you.

My classes are held in-person in Cranbrook, Devon.

About me

I’m the teacher behind Isca Yoga and I teach people how to find balance in their lives.

In my classes I love to combine creative sequencing with, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.

I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

Natalie’s classes are the perfect start to the weekend. She creates a nurturing and relaxed space and the classes leave me feeling rejuvenated and ready to enjoy my time off work, having left the stresses of the week behind. Natalie is a great teacher who guides students through the postures clearly so it is easy to follow the sequences. The class is gentle enough to be accessible for beginners as well as those who’ve been practicing yoga for a while. I also really like how Natalie combines classic postures with breathwork and mindfulness practices.”
