About Me

Hi! I’m Natalie, the teacher here at Isca Yoga and I’m so pleased you found your way here!

I believe we all have the power to live a happy and balanced life. With just a few simple tools we can learn to deal with day-to-day pressures and stresses lessening the effect of our worries and anxieties.

I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

I came to yoga for the same reasons many of us do, to find a way to deal with modern daily stresses and to find some peace in all the noise (internal and external). Yoga has brought so much to my life and this is why I decided to create Isca Yoga, to share the many healing facets of the practice.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed my 500-hour teacher training with Devon School of Yoga. I’m also a qualified pre & post natal yoga teacher.

I will always be a student of the practice and I’m deeply grateful for the wisdom my teachers have shared, and continue to share, with me.

In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
